My boss is a number 1 and he doesn’t like leaving things to be done by others. He wants to do everything himself but knows that’s not possible so he then keeps a close eye on us to make sure we’re doing things the “right way”. It can drive some crazy but I’ve learned to understand why he does it and I just make sure I do the best job I can.
He can sometimes be stubborn and hasty and that’s when I or a colleague has to tell him he needs to stop (he actually told us to stop him when he’s like that). If we don’t stop him he can make mistakes which can hurt the company. I guess we all have our good and bad parts and it’s just a matter of learning to live with them.
